Queensland farmers work with Farmer Direct supplying Dorper lamb from our sustainable and ethical farms. The lamb is sent to a family owned abattoir in Pittsworth then comes to our processing facility and direct-to-the-public shop at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Our talented Head butcher and his team are responsible for making the succulent cuts, speciality roasts and gourmet sausages that our customers get to enjoy. Farmers Markets in South-East Queensland is where you'll find our Farmer Direct Marketeers. These wonderful people help to spread the word about our succulent lamb and will assist you to select the perfect lamb cuts for your needs.
