I cooked the rolled roast with sun dried tomatos and fetta and WOW what a tatse sensation!!!! I must admit I'm a big meat eater and this was the best Lamb I have ever tatsed.....it was tender and succulent and I will definitely be puchasing some more!!!!!! Courtenay

Hi! We met you today the Powerhouse markets (24/5/08) and bought your lamb backstrap and some sausages. We cooked them tonight with a garlic, capers and anchovy rub and in the pan 4 min each side for med/rare and they were devine - melted in your mouth the best we have EVER tasted! We used to have them as kids & loved being around the table & hearing the stories the parents would tell of there weekend. So l deciced to keep the tridition going with my family & they enjoy it to. Now we just have to wait for grandchildren one day so that they may sit around & listen to those silly stories.
